Rental Fee
The rental fee for the function room ranges from $450.00 to $1,000.00 and is not included in the menu price. This rental fee is dictated by the club and is non-negotiable. The rental fee is for a five-hour period. Non-members wishing to use the facility must have a member sponsor them.
Deposit
A deposit of $500.00 is due at the time of the booking. In the event of a cancellation, a refund will be given only if the cancellation is made 60 days prior to the function.
Payment
A payment plan is set up at booking. Check or cash only are accepted. We do not process credit cards of any type. Please advise your guests that beverage purchases are cash only.
Prices
All prices are subject to change without notice. Prices may be confirmed and locked in 6 weeks prior to the function date.
Minimum Guarantee
A guarantee of the number of people attending the function is required five business days before the function date. Otherwise the higher estimated number of people will apply to billing. We will accept additional guests up to 48 hours before the function.
